Ty-Rap® can be used under the harshest conditions, such as high air humidity, heat or cold. The detectable cable ties were developed with a special polymer compound (applied for patent), which activates metal detectors, X-ray devices and visual detection systems. They are recommended at all the places, where residues of cable ties are not desired in the end products and detectors are used to track foreign objects, such as in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
