| Description | MEMprog2 programmer Technical data Type MEMRPOG2 Manufacturer Elnec Highlights & details More than 11400 components supported Description MEMprog2 is a small, powerful programming device for all common EPROM, EEPROM, Flash EPROM and serial EPROMs up to 40 pins. A function to check static RAM chips is also integrated. The operating and programming voltages can be adjusted digitally, thus also allowing LV (low voltage) devices to be programmed. Verification of the data with configurable Vcc (over/under voltage) guarantees long data storage in the device. The program is extremely fast thanks to the use of powerful FPGA based hardware and USB 2.0 port. When a component is inserted, the programming device tests that it has been inserted correctly and that each pin has made good contact. The MEMprog2 can be operated at the PC, notebook or Desktop. The MEMprog2 is expandable by the Upgrade kit Xprog2 to full SmartProg2. The upgrade kit Xprog2 is not included in the delivery of MEMprog2 and can be ordered on request.
