Installing the sensors is hassle free as the installation tool and step-to-step guide included ensures the sensors can be set up easily and quickly. The sensors at the front automatically switch on when driving forward and the rear sensors switch on when the reverse gear is selected. When an obstruction is within the sensor’s detection range the LED display shows in metres the distance the vehicle is from potential obstacles and an intermittent audible signal is triggered. The colour of the display and sound interval of the alarm changes depending on how close the vehicle is to the obstacle.
