| Description | Disinfection agent 5kg 0803013 is a disinfectant as well as preservative agent with bactericide and fungicide effect for water-soluble coolants. Bacteria, fungi, yeasts and spores are killed off by the addition of the disinfectant agent 0803013. The disinfectant agent 0803013 reacts with the proposed application concentration pH-neutral and are cha-racterised by a good skin compatibility. APPLICATION 0,15 % disinfectant agent 0803013 is added to the existing emulsion or grinding solution. Mixing is effected by slow pouring into approx. 5 Ltr. emulsion. Feed the existing mixture near by the pump. As 0803013 degrades independently, you can continue to work with the emulsion acc. to TRGS-611. If an exchange of the emulsion or solution is forthcoming, 0,15 % disinfectant agent 0803013 will be added to the coolant. After 1 to 2 days the exchange can be effected. As 0803013 does not contain any surfactants, it can be filled again after pumping off the used coolant. Thus rinsing with fresh water is not applicable. The addition is effected best near by the feed pump. Normal dosing: 0,15 % (150 ml 0803013 for 100 ltr. rotating emulsion resp. grinding solution) |
