| Description | STEREO AV-MODULATOR AVM 2 Technical data Category Multimedia adapter Description Audio/video modulator with an AV-input and an HF-output for connecting a TV-set or for feeding in a community system. At the input, for instance, a CCD-camera, a video recorder, a DVD-player or a similar device can be connected. In this way, the children's room, the entrance to the house or any similar sensitive area can be monitored with a camera. At the output-side a channel is set in the VHF/UHF-range (channel 5 - 69) by means of simple programming, which is otherwise not occupied. The signal is then fed in the house distribution system and thus becomes available to all the connected subscribers. For this purpose, it can be fed in the community system (Cable TV, SAT or terrestrial) by means of a two-way distributor. It can also be simply fed in the terrestrial input of a multi-switch, in order to lay it at all outputs of a multi-switch in a SAT-ZF distribution system.
