If buyers have express account by return, they only will be asked to pay for sample production cost,samples will be sent by buyer's express account On the contrary, buyers should send the sample production cost and courier freight together. We help buyers to arrange shipping.(DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT etcs). 3.Sample charge payment items Paypal come first.it is more safety for buyers and fast for supplier. Paypal payment could save two days time for sample order. Other two payment items are western union and company foreign bank. 4.How could I get price list?
