Compared to trapezium power inverters, these inverters feature a highly reduced level of sine wave distortion, which means they can be used for almost all measurement equipment, computer systems, audio equipment and televisions and for inductive loads. The humming noises of motors, transformers, etc., are considerably reduced and are comparable to sine devices - Combined with improved efficiency. The oversized amplifiers and the high-quality ring-core output transformers also contribute here. This also ensures that the input circuit (battery) and the output circuit (230 V side) are properly separated, which is important for personal protection (VDE 0511).Thanks to the idle feedback, devices with a poor cos phi (fluorescent tubes, microwaves etc.,) can be operated with a high degree of efficiency. Along with the automatic device switch-on, the EC series is ideally suitable for energy-saving solar power systems.
