| Description | PCR-Instrument Mylab MiniCube PCR Rapid PCR machine that ensures protection against over- and under-shoooting of the temperature and at the same time cycles the temperature 4-5 times faster than a standard PCR machine. The MiniCube PCR is an ultra-rapid small PCR instrument based upon two heat blocks mounted on a linear stage. The motorized stage moves the heat blocks back and forth and allows you to do a two stage PCR and complete a 35 cycles PCR reaction in about 15 minutes in standard mode. The MyLab MiniCube PCR is intended to be used for rapid test of PCR protocols or sample preparation procedures where the scientist "just wants to know if DNA was extracted" or "just wants to know if the newly added change hampers the PCR reaction". The system is also ideal for educational institutions where a full PCR experiment including setup, PCR amplification and gel electrophoresis has to be completed within the time frame of a 45 minute class. Very small size of only 12.5 x 12.5 x 12.5cm and is controlled by a USB cable to PC, Mac or Linux computer.
