A function for percentage change of value; with the push of a button, the output voltage can quickly be increased or decreased with a pre-set percentage rate. The key pad can be locked to prevent unintentional change. The output has a separate breaker switch and is protected against over-voltage. The power supply is over-voltage protected, short-circuit proof and protected against overheating.
