The new A-40 V2 brushless motors were improved once again in their degree of efficiency. The Hacker R&D department has succeeded in developing a completely new bearing pedestal. This now enables a permanent, highly efficient inner cooling of the complete motor. The 8-pin design together with the high-quality stator-plate results in a higher specific speed at an excellent efficiency for powerful and long flying. Together with our tested 6.7:1 planetary gear the result is an extremely powerful drive for large gliders. These engines are best suitable for helicopter models too. On our special page for helicopter models you will find perfect motorisation recommendations for your helicopter model.Naturally in this series we have used the efficient neodymium magnets adjusted to the radius. These A40 engines too come with an extensive accessories package. This consists of a high-quality aluminium rear-wall fixing, two robust propeller drives (for front and rear mounting) as well as the matching fixing screws. |
