These rugged yet easy to machine enclosures are ideal for electronic instruments. A low side wall draft angle allows easy mounting of PCBs.The 1590WCBK's lap joint construction with factory poured silicone rubber gasket around its lid provides protection against dust and water meeting the IP65 standard. This gasket remains flexible in the temperature range -62 to +232ºC.This model is painted in satin black using tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish, even after machining. Matching black screws are provided for a consistent appearance.
