The innovative 4-legged ceiling bar spacer is characterised by many advantages and is thus suitable for use in panels as well as also in gypsum plaster boards (GKP). SpotClip comprises of non-inflammable, glass-fibre reinforced polyamide and thus offers a number of thermal and mechanical advantages and can also be retrofitted. As such, there are manifold application possibilities in old and new constructions. SpotClip can be used for ceiling cutouts with diametres of 62 to 90 mm and provides for a safe distance between the lamp, vapour blocking foil and damping wool. This reduces the risk of damages to the installed insulation materials through overheating and build-up of heat. This can also have a positive effect on the life of the lamp used. |
