It has been designed to offer a digital output for reading pressure which will be over a specified pressure and temperature range. These units are fully calibrated during manufacture and have been temperature compensated for sensing offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and non-linearity. This is done by using an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 2 kHz.These units have been calibrated to operate within a temperature range of -20 to +85 °C and operate from a single power supply of either 3.3 or 5.0 V DC. There is a wide selection to choose from and options include units for measuring differential and gauge pressure. Differential versions allow application of pressure to either side of the sensing diaphragm.
