The contactless registration via RFID tag, combined with the easy operation of the elegant and professional device make the system the perfect solution for use in the office, in production, agencies, chancelleries, doctor's practices, service companies and in commerce. The starter kit includes all necessary components for 25 employees - from the stationary wall-mounted device, the complete software package, the transponder reader for personalising of the employee cards to user tags - and it is easily expandable to more than 300 employees. With this complete solution, you enter a new realm of time recording. Each employee receives a personalised tag. The scanning of employee transponders is easy and fast: a time clock is unnecessary due to the RF technology. WIth a frequency of 13.56MHz, the integrated reader scans the transponder even if it is held in front of, or passed near the device. Extensive applications and analysis functions The Chipdrive Time Recording Software is the core element for administration and evaluation of collected time data. Use it to create new users, define target times, or manage projects and breaks, holidays and health-related absences. All data is collected within the scope of this system. The data is then extensively evaluated in order to optimise employee time resources. You will experience the highest amount of flexibility when configuring the software: for example, weekly, daily, or monthly working hours can be assigned explicitly to individual employees. Projects and assignments can be created with a separate time recording. This way you are not only able to evaluate personnel-related work time, but also project and assignment-related working time. Evaluation can be completed as a report, or with all details an d time records. |
