| Description | Switching and power distribution per serial lead. Switchable multiple socket outlet PM 8-01/03 permits remote switch-on and -off of consumers. It is suitable for server and network device reboot during ISPs, ASPs, in data centers and with Remote Management Systems. Further application areas: ATMs, information terminals, telecommunication facilities, VoIP facilities, traffic surveillance, building automation etc. PM 8-01/03 is controlled via a PC, terminal server or modem serial port. Software included in contents is a graphic application for managing and controlling multiple socket outlet with rights management. Using the integrated RS 485 bus you may connect up to 32 multiple socket outlets over 300m length with standard patch cables.
