The models come with (P suffix) or without a power supply. Principal features include output amplitude of 2.5Vpp (connecting with a load of 50Ω), frequency range reaching 25MHz, frequency resolution of 1μHz and built-in sine waveform, square waveform, triangle waveform and noise signal. These characteristics make the AFG-1100/1200 an instrument of choice for general laboratory use, either in stand-alone operation or in combination with ISO-TECH IDS-2000A Series Visual Persistence digital storage oscilloscopes ( 793-3815 , 793-3819 , 793-3828 , 793-3821 , 793-3825 , 793-3834 , 793-3837 , 793-3831 ). Connecting ISO-TECH AFG-1100/1200 Series AFGs with ISO-TECH IDS-2000A Series DSOs creates a compact 5-in-1 multi-functional test system including oscilloscope, logic analyzer, digital voltage meter, function generator and power supply.
