The LEB Connector System has a secure, polarizing locking mechanism between the wire housing and PCB header or PCB Plug and Receptacle. The Fork type contacts of the LEB Connector System feature high contact pressure and have a long mating stroke which allows them to cater for thermal expansion of the PCBs. The LEB Connector System will also absorb some misalignment between PCBs in the pitch direction. Contacts are supplied crimped to 26 AWG blue UL1061 cable. 4.0mm Board to Board and Wire to Board - JST LEB Connectors The JST LEB Range of SMT connectors are specifically designed for LED lighting applications with a pitch of 4.0 mm and a low profile of 2.7 mm. This LEB range includes both Board to Board and Wire to Board connectors. The unique fork type contact of these LEB connectors gives stable performance due to high contact pressures and a mating length that caters for board expansion and contraction due to heat. The design of the LEB connector contacts also caters for slight horizontal offset misalignment between boards in the pitch direction. The housings and headers of the LEB range are polarized to prevent incorrect insertion. |
