Intelligent operation system without labor workEquipped with advanced intelligent detection system and in-built dual-core central processing unit, car wash can wash cars automatically without people operation as user could set programs at first. Self-service Car Wash with IC card, 24-hour open With intelligent self-service car wash, car washing service is provided 24-hour without staff at site. We can have the software, IC card and IC card sensor at entry. Users can adjust the rate for car washing service at different place and in different time. 3. Three dimension detection/sensing system Three dimension sensing system includes up-to-date position sensor, ultrasonic sensor and close-loop controlleer, testing car’s position, dimension and transferring these data to CPU via digital signals. Then, system could adjust the washing size automatically. LED reminder and Sound reminder are good helpers providing signals to vision and audition. If car is not parked in right region, signals are sent out, then drive correct it accordingly. Washing room looks more tidy without position limit. 4. Digital Auditory Safety System When machine is working, if car’s position is changed or other emergency happens, machine sends out auditory signal to set an alarm via digital auditory safety system, even stop the working machine getting rid to hurt cars. 5. Integrated Detergent proportioning System Integrated proportioning system has its own program to control liquid consumption for detergents, liquid wax and forming. No need human work to dilute detergents with water. Machine control every cost with automatically proportioning and fully dilution. Detergents are sprayed onto car body as foggy micro granular, easier to touch narrow gap and better to have chemical reaction with dirt on. It is only 1/5 consumption compared with consumption in normal car wash. 6. Little-resistance Rail Little-resistance rail can reduce rail moving friction to let equipment move more smoothly with less power, to reduce power consumption. Furthermore, to increase moving speed with half time than normal machine, to save detergent, water consumption. 7. Fault self-test When machine doesn’t work well, system will start self-test and alarm program to find reason, record fault code, benefit for staff’s checking and maintenance. 8. Anti-frozen system When temperature is bellow 0℃, pipes will get frozen to prevent machine from working.
