They allow for future cable or pipe through fitting requirements. Each "U" block is designed to be a secure fit within the next size up. All are 60mm long. The solid blocks are also 60mm long, and are available in 10x10mm, and 20x20mm square section. Blocks are sold individually, with the exception of the 10mm blocks, which come as a strip of 12, enough to fill the complete width.,The "compatibility" table details those other "U" section, and solid blocks that may be used with each "U" block. A tube of lubricant is also available - this should only be used to lubricate the filler blocks as required, and the internal surfaces of the rectangular frame. On no account should the round "plug" seal be lubricated on its external surfaces, or the hole, pipe, or duct in which it is to be fitted |
