This PA can be easily configured for high-power applications offering 27 dB gain with 35% power-added efficiency while meeting the 802.11g spectral mask at 22 dBm. Linearity is typically 18.5 dBm at 3% EVM with 54 Mbps 802.11g operation. Also featured is easy board-level usage, along with high-speed power-up/-down control through a single combined reference voltage pin.
