The Zebra AP6522 is a dual-radio Wi-Fi access point designed for usage in smaller shops and offices. It reliably delivers Wi-Fi connections for 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands. For example, use one frequency band for customer access, and utilise the other one for either a second customer access point or for network security. In areas where a connection via network cables is not worthwhile or even impossible the AP6522 is also operationally wirelessly. In this case it connects itself with another access point for the necessary data. There is no controller required; it can even be used as a virtual controller to coordinate up to 24 additional access points. Like all other Zebra access points, the AP6522 is easy to use. It automatically downloads all configuration parameters and updates from other access points in the network. This saves on expensive technician costs and maintenance personnel. |
