Thanks to its simple connection of up to two additional modules, you increase your network capacity according to your needs. Your employees and guests connect their mobile devices (such as notebook or smartphone) easily and quickly to the local network. Both integrated wireless modules, with three data streams each, ensure for data rates of up to 450 Mbps per module via WING 5 architecture. The standard USB interface provides for nearly limitless application possibilities. The AP8132 supports almost all applications, including HD video and voice-over Wi-Fi, with consistently high voice quality. The integrated Layer 2-7 packet filter Firewall, AAA radius services, wireless protection against attacks (wireless IPS), VPN Gateway, and location-based access control provide the necessary security. As needed, you implement additional function-based access controls and AirDefence, as well as Rogue recognition. With the AP8132 you also easily implement Hotspot and guest access points with individually approved network areas, or use position determination services. |
