Description | myAVR LCD add-on Technical data Type myAVR LCD programming instruction manual Category Textbook Series myAVR Highlights & details For programming of text LC-displays in Assembler, C and BASCOM Commented sample programmes and templates Description The myAVR learning program offers a range of extra packages for a wide range of learning and teaching tasks in the form of extra PCBs (add-ons), PC-guided experiments or complete projects with corresponding hardware extensions for the myAVR board.Add-ons are PCBs which can be connected to the myAVR board's extension port and add to the function of the board. Examples of the extension modules available are: the LCD add-on, myDigitalOut, temperature sensor, real-time clock, EEPROM and lab cards (PCBs) for user-specific circuits.Typical physics and electronics tests are available as experiments: charging and discharging a capacitor, activating and deactivating a coil and an L-C parallel oscillating circuit. There is an extension card and test circuit for each experiment. The myAVR board USB needed serves as a measurement recorder. A special form of test software, designed with teaching in mind, is supplied with each experience for interactively carrying out the tests, recording measurements, visualisation and evaluation.Projects are more complex tasks which are based on physical and electronic principles. They gradually span circuit design to firmware in the documentation for one project. These are particularly suited to handling-focused project work and should encourage further development and variety. The extra hardware for the myAVR board is included with each project as an add-on as is a detailed printed description of the project. The myFinder metal detector project package mainly addresses the subject of the digital processing of analogue signals. The myTWI project package describes the structure and programming of a TWI or I²C bus system using the enclosed add-ons, real-time clock, EEPROM and temperature sensor which are addressed via the bus. |
