Ideal for catering, hotels, laundries, offices and storage areas. With high quality, innovative CLEANA coating which is suitable for foodstuffs, similar to RAL 9010 pure white - this makes CLEANA shelving units suitable for the storage of foodstuffs and textiles. The suitability of the CLEANA coating for use with foodstuffs has been certified by the German institute for foodstuffs, consumer goods and environmental analysis of Nehring in Braunschweig. CLEANA shelving units are thus a cost effective alternative to stainless steel shelving units. CLEANA shelving units are temperature resistant from -20 °C to +40 °C. The CLEANA coating is condensation-proof, will not blister and does not lose its sheen. Optimum mechanical properties of the CLEANA coating: as it is applied to a hot dip galvanised substrate, it will not rust even if the coating is damaged. All edges are bevelled, therefore no risk of injury. Modular shelf design for easy plug-in assembly. Shelf levels adjustable in 30 mm increments. Shelf unit external dimensions: Standard shelf unit Shelf width + 50 mm, shelf depth + 20 mm. Extension shelf unit Shelf width + 10 mm, shelf depth + 20 mm. The CLEANA white powder coating system, meets the strict requirements of the German Food and Feed Code for direct contact with foodstuffs (as well as unpacked foods). Use of the supplied cross braces to reinforce the shelf unit is required in every standard unit and in every second extension unit. Also available with height of 2640 mm on request.
