DescriptionNetter Vibration NTS 180 NF Non-Impacting Linear Vibrator Technical data Nominal frequency at 6 bar 4880 Hz Centrifugal force at 6 bar 212 N Operating torque 0.163 cm/kg Operating temperature -10 up to +60 °C Min. operating temperature -10 °C Max. operating temperature +60 °C Used for Develops, consolidated and easy bulk materials Weight 302 g Category Linear vibrator Internal thread 1/8" Application Conveying, packing and loosening of bulk materials Type NTS 180 NF Description The Netter Vibration NTS 180 NF compressed air piston vibrator produces linear vibrations or shaking movements. It is used to empty bunkers, as a drive for conveyor and extraction channels and for consolidating bulk materials. Processes can also be mechanically activated and influenced. One special feature of the NTS vibrator is the integrated waste air restrictor which can be used to control amplitude regardless of frequency. Suitable for the foodstuffs industry. Design and operation: The vibration is generated by a freely swinging, even reversing flask. The piston operates against an air cushion and produces sinusoidal vibration. This oscillation supports and promotes many applications or makes only these applications possible As the supply pressure increases, as does the frequency. The waste air is restricted by the restrictor cap which changes the drive's range. Using a mist oiler ensures ongoing problem-free operations. The permissible operating temperature is +5 to +60° C.
