The processing of COBRITHERM ®-pro can be made by standard chemical etching (wet process).COBRITHERM ® is especially used, where dissipation of heat generated will be dissipated as quickly as possible. Typical applications are in power electronics modules, for example, the power LED technology or performance amplifiers for motor control. |
