Through the weighing function, they reliably count pre-sorted banknotes, coins and rolls of coins (RS 1200). The individual units and values, as well as the total amount are easily read on the clear display. For a complete POS reconciliation, the scales independently query in the correct order the coin and banknotes to be counted. They automatically add up all payments for a total amount. The device is pre-calibrated for Swiss Francs, British Pounds and euro notes, while the integrated letter scale of the RS 1000 and RS 1200 also automatically processes coupons, tokens and vouchers. Using the additional function for change (RS 1200), you can specify a fixed amount of cash to be available at the POS at the beginning of the day: this is directly subtracted from the total amount, whereby only the actual receipts are displayed. Using battery operation the scale can be utilised as a portable unit at every POS station, making it brilliantly suited for cash checks even during business hours. |
