Up to 4 kW, it is 45 or 60 mm wide, saving a considerable amount of space in an installation. It has also been designed to be mounted side by side or on its side in densely-packed or shallow enclosures. The Altivar 32 drive also offers a safety function which guarantees a high level of safety (SIL 2 according to standard IEC 61508) comparable with performance level "d" (PL d) according to ISO/EN 13849-1/-2. The Logic function offers simple control system functions. With various communication cards available as options, the Altivar 32 drive integrates perfectly into the main control system architectures.
