The CG5-S cylinders use special grease approved for use within food processing environments, and non-toxic additives ensures that the cylinders are safe for use within and around food, beverage and medical products.The CG5-S cylinders feature a special scraper that prevents water from entering the cylinder body, and all external components are built using SUS304 stainless steel components, providing improved corrosion resistance in wet environments. Cylinders may be disassembled to enable seals to be replaced, and are suitable for auto-switching.Mounting brackets (where fitted) are electropolished to help prevent the build-up of dirt, liquid, and other foreign objects, and plugs are provided to help seal unused mounting threads, which also help to prevent the build-up of foreign material in the mounting threads.
