The 8 dots/mm resolution (203 dpi) guarantees top quality, optionally in two colours. Its impressive printing speed of 250 mm per second makes long lines at the checkout a thing of the past. Paper widths of 80, 76 or 58 mm are no problem, and all of them are cleanly cut with its integrated auto cutter. The printer hosts an array of ergonomic features as well, making it the ideal all-rounder for retail and pharmacy use: user-friendly handling through the printing of checks and receipts up to 230x297 mm, the intelligent front-loading system, plus its automatic document positioning. It comes standard with a parallel and serial interface; there are also versions available with USB, Ethernet or powered USB. It even optionally features a highly accurate MICR reader that can endorse cheques and read MICR in one swift pass. Even the less expensive version without MICR gives you the necessary flexibility you are looking for. |
