Ltd is a professional manufacturer of seamless underwears. Our main products include leggings, vests, cami tops, tank tops, T-shirts, dresses, shorts, pants, briefs, bras, etc. Except fabric dyeing and making of some accessories, we own the whole production line by ourselves. Now here is a brief introduction of our manufacturing process: 1. KnittingThe first step is the knitting of fabric. We use a 12-needle machine to do the knitting. We have 24 sets of this kind of machine working at the same time. After the cloth is knitted, the rim must be overlocked by a overlocking machine.Then the cloth can be sent to a dyeing factory to be dyed with any color we want. 2. CuttingThe second step is the cutting of the cloth.We use an air-cushioned machine to do the cutting. 3. SewingThe third step is sewing. For example, the main part of the vest must be sewed together with the belt. After the sewing work is done, there is a little work of ironing for the products. 4. PackingThe fourth step is packing, which usually includes tagging the label to the cloth, putting the cloth into a poly bag, and putting the poly-bags into a paper carton. 5. Storage and deliveryBefore the goods are shipped out, usually they will stay in the storage room for a short while. Ordering Procedures -- How to place an order? Dear Customer, Thank you for scanning our products at this website, now if you find any thing that interests you, please let us know. If you feel like to place an order from our company in the nearest future, it would be always helpful to get some tips of the ordering procedures beforehand. Usually the ordering procedures take place as followed: 1. Specifying the products Specifying the products (and their Model Number, such as CT-310) that you want to order as detailed as you can. Customers can refer to the specifications from our website at shangweifashion.en.alibaba.com. Or if you’ve already got the products at hand, please simply send us a sample, or some photos, and the related Tech Pack, stating your requirements of the products. Meanwhile, please do not forget to tell us the QUANTITY of each type of products, because we will quote on basis of order quantity. 2. Sample making If customer needs samples, please notice our Sample Policies as followed:(1) We give free samples (similar items to the product you want to order) a few pcs to prove our product quality and manufacturing techniques. If customer needs fresh samples made according to their requirements, sample cost will have to be paid in advance;(2) If samples fee paid in advance, customer can ask the fee to be refunded when placing a normal order; If, after placing a normal order, customer deposits 30% of the total amount in advance, there will be no sample fee charged.(3) Mass production will start only after we get customer's confirmation of PP samples. Lead time counts from the day of PP sample approval. Each sample time takes about 5-10 days according to the sample's complexity. 3. Contract In a large quantity order, we usually will ask customers to seal a contract of sales in writing. But for a small order, no contract is required because the emails will work on the same effect. 4. Deposit or L/C If we agreed on the payment term as T/T, the buyer will be asked to deposit 30% of the total amount into our bank account; or if we agreed on L/C, the buyer will be asked to draw an irrevocable documentary L/C at sight in favor of our company as the beneficiary. 5. Manufacturing After we receive the deposit or L/C, and after the PP sample approval, we start the process of mass production; We promise to finish the manufacturing process in the period of time which is stipulated in the contract of sales. 6. Payment & delivery of goods If payment term is T/T, we will ask customers to pay the balance amount, either before the goods is loaded into the container for shipping, or by presenting a copy of B/L; If payment term is L/C, we will cash the total amount from the paying bank after we deliver the goods. |
