How all IRIS modules have the IRIS I/O-Module Flags, Timer, Counter can generate and send messages to other units. The messages generated can be received in different parameters along with fixed Text-Strings, e.g Status of I/O, Flags, Timer, Counter, and ID the unit and RSSI. The IRIS I/O-Modul has six inputs, which can be configured as digital or analog and four digital outputs. The inputs can be scaled on deviation. Thus, the IRIS I/O-Modul Sensor value can be given in the correct units. Every input has two limit value, on which the device reacts, i.e. it can send a warning message for practice, in case a certain temperature limit is over-crossed.
